RIOT VALORANT TRACKING TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

   By linking your Riot Games account to IRP, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
   IRP provides VALORANT coaching services with automated performance tracking through the Riot Games API.
   
   

3. ELIGIBILITY
   - You must be an active IRP coaching client
   - You must have a valid Riot Games account
   - You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your region)
   
   

4. ACCOUNT LINKING
   - You authorize IRP to access your VALORANT match data via Riot Sign-On (RSO)
   - You must link your own account (not someone else's)
   - You are responsible for maintaining your Riot account security
   
   

5. DATA USAGE
   - Your match data is used exclusively for coaching purposes
   - Data is only visible to you and your assigned IRP coach
   - See our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices
   
   

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
   - Provide accurate information when linking your account
   - Maintain an active IRP coaching subscription
   - Follow all Riot Games Terms of Service
   - Do not attempt to access other students' data
   
   

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
   - We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
   - Riot API limitations may affect data availability
   - We are not liable for service interruptions
   
   

8. TERMINATION
   - You may terminate this service at any time by:
   - Contacting your IRP coach
   - Revoking access through your Riot Games account settings
   
   

   We may terminate your access if:
   - Your IRP coaching subscription ends
   - You violate these terms
   - You violate Riot Games policies
   
   

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IRP is not liable for:
   - Temporary data sync delays or inaccuracies
   - Riot API changes or outages
   - Any decisions you make based on tracked statistics

    IRP is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, VALORANT, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
    
    

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
