We may collect your name, phone number, email address, and gaming-related preferences when you:

• Sign up for coaching, training, or programs

• Submit a contact or inquiry form

• Book a session

• Explicitly opt in to receive communications

How We Use Your Information

• Your information is used to:

• Send session reminders and scheduling updates

• Respond to inquiries

• Provide coaching or program-related updates

• Send follow-up or reactivation messages you have opted into

• SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Player Opt-In:

• Players must sign up for IRP and link their Riot account to have their stats tracked

• If you have not opted in by linking your account, your information will not be made available to other players

• Data is only visible to you and your assigned coach

• No public stat displays or leaderboards

• Players will give consent to receive text messages and phone calls

• You may revoke access at any time

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
